Joko All In One Foundation || Review

If you’ve been following my social media pages (you’re not? Get over there!) you would have seen me raving about my new everyday foundation. For the past week I’ve been using JOKO’s All in One foundation and I love it!

First of all, let me set the scene!

JOKO is a Polish brand that has been operating for over the last 20 years; I know, talk about being late to the party!! In these last 20 odd years it’s built quite a name for itself and has found its place in the top 5 make up brands in Poland with over 230 products in the range.

Want to be even more impressed? All products are mineral based, excellent quality, low cost and are animal cruelty free.

Joko Ireland

The lovely woman who brought the JOKO brand to Ireland; Brand Manager Angela Greene. Following years in the beauty industry, Angela recognised a gap in the market to bring quality, low cost brands to Ireland that weren’t necessarily mainstream.

Angela spent 2 years researching and testing products and made sure she brought nothing but the best to our shores. She chose JOKO due to its quality and skin friendly ingredients as, now more than ever, we are more aware of what we are putting on our skin.

All In One Foundation

My Favourite Features

Lightweight texture.

Extremely moisturising on the skin.

Medium but buildable coverage without caking therefore is flexible in terms of coverage.

Matte finish that also leaves your skin with a dewy glow. (Magic!!)

Its scent, my god, its scent! It’s the nicest thing I’ve ever smelt. I think I’ve cracked it aswel, it’s smells like a Stinger bar!!

Workable Features

Depending on how you like you finish I would suggest;

Primer; I found it set better and lasted longer when used with a primer. I suggest a matte primer for those with combination skin/oily t-zone.

Setting powder; I found a loose powder rather than a press powder worked well. I applied loose powder to my t-zone and it increased the longevity of the foundation. I found when using a pressed powder there was a little bit of shine after 8 hours of wear.

There are 4 shades available;

110 Pastel (Pictured Below)

111 Natural Beige

112 Honey Beige

113 Dark Beige
